Validating UBL examples with xmllint

Hi!

    I was trying to validate the examples in the documentation with
xmllint, part of libxml. 

[1441] nicola:Outbox$ xmllint --version
xmllint: using libxml version 20609
   compiled with: DTDValid FTP HTTP HTML C14N Catalog XPath XPointer
XInclude Iconv Unicode Regexps Automata Schemas 

xmllint --schema /opt/ubl-1.0/ubl/xsd/maindoc/UBL-Order-1.0.xsd
/usr/local/ubl/xml/office/UBL-Order-1.0-Office-Example.xm

    Isn't this supposed to work? I get tons of errors in the output
