UBLish v2.0: Problems found with QDT & CAC

Some problems I found with with  UBL-QualifiedDatatypes-2.0.xsd & CAC:

Redundant UniqueID & Definition elements </forum/message.php?msg_id=5258023>

Any help or explanation to their existence would be appreciated.
