It is the total amount for the Invoice Line, including Allowance & Charges but net of taxes.

Hi all,
I am still trying to get my head around UBL, so please forgive what may
be a dumb question.
Under each line of an invoice, it is possible to list both the quantity
of goods and the price the goods are set at, but I cannot seem to find a
clear way to express whether the price is quoted including VAT, or
excluding VAT.
In certain circumstances, rounding can cause the conversion from a VAT
inclusive price to a VAT exclusive price and back again to lose enough
precision that the final quoted price is out.
How does a UBL invoice handle this case?
