ReceiptAdvice RecieptLine Item

Why would you have more than one Item associated with a ReceiptLine?

 

How do the received/short/rejected/oversupply quantities apply to a case with multiple Items in this receipt line?

 

In a DespatchAdvice DespatchLine there is only one required Item. Sure it would make more sense for the receipt lines to match the despatch lines?
