Proposed suspension of UBL HISC teleconferences until more subcommittee members join

Hello UBL-HISC list,

I would like to propose that we suspend weekly teleconferences of 
HISC until such time as we get more subcommittee members on the 
committee to help with the many tasks at hand.

At this time, only Bryan Rasmussen is working on the input 
specifications and only I am working on the output 
specifications.  Once UBL 2.0 is finished and focus can be placed on 
the support package, we should be able to return to the duties of 
HISC without the distractions of UBL 2.0.

Unless I hear an objection, I'll assume that we will not have weekly 
calls from this point on, until I make an announcement to this list 
that the meetings will resume.
