Thank you very much for your comments.
In my individual opinion, I will be OK for you to publish news of the first
draft translation to lists such as ubl-dev and ebxml-dev.

But, would you please wait for about three weeks to publish? We (JPLSC) will
be able to publish much better Japanese translation documents.
The reason is follows.
(1) We (JPLSC) have left one translation, which is the UBL Invoice business
document. I have translated the Invoice business document today. JPLSC
members will review this translation within one or two weeks.
(2) We (JPLSC) will hold F2F meeting on July 14 in Tokyo. We will totally
review the Japanese translation, and will discuss next work items. And also,
we will discuss who will be the designated person or persons to receive
comments.
