[ubl-lcsc] Revised 'Party' BIEs

As we discussed, I have revised the BIEs for 'Party' based on our 
findings last week.  This includes naming the 'types' against each 
association together with their cardinality.

Can you use these as the basis for the XSD prototype.

NB you may want to ask Gunther for his perl script to do the transformation.
