A couple of hints on NetMeeting/VNC access --
1. If you are having firewalls problems because you are working
behind your corporate LAN (and you are not able to poke the right holes
on your firewall), I would suggest you join us by connecting through modem
dialup. The performance is actually quite acceptable even with a regular
modem connection (since we are mostly just exchanging screen pixels, and
not audio and video information).
2. For those who have had VNC working "intermittently", it may
be helpful to access your VNC session by doing it on a fresh browser session.
Try closing your browser all together, and then start it up again, and
go straight to the designated VNC url (without browsing other pages before
that). [Remarks: it's possible there could be a conflict between the VNC
java viewer client with other applications that you may run, because I
noticed that if I reboot the system and try again, I can always get in.]

P.S. With the more recent Windows implementations, you may even be able
to get to the above FTP site via ftp:///web
(paste this on the command line of your windows file explorer, then hit
enter to try) and enter "ubl" when prompted for a password. If that works
for you, you may then navigate to the folder of you choice and simply do
a drag-and-drop to make the transfer. Try it out! Let me know if it works
