Responding below, and also recapturing my earlier message below (which
I believe is relevant) --

[PPY]  Yes. We could do this several ways too, since NetMeeting
is essentially peer-to-peer. I could serve it (I have tweaked my system
to optimize the service), or Lisa could serve it (since she is on a high
speed Internet link too).

[PPY]  No. Everyone is supposed to be seeing the same screen display.
At any point in time, one person (anyone in the meeting, not necessarily
the person on the machine serving the file either) has control of the mouse
and keyboard, and s/he can work on that file. The file is save at the location
where it is served.

My suggestion is for meeting resources (all files, wip, powerpoints,
...) to be uploaded to the common workspace

at http://ubl.cim3.org/~lcsc/tempMeetingResources/ so that anybody
can reach (or download) it, even if they cannot get onto NetMeeting.

  P.S. With the more recent Windows implementations, you may even
be able to get to the above FTP site via ftp:///web (paste
this on the command line of your windows file explorer, then hit enter
to try) and enter "ubl" when prompted for a password. If that works for
you, you may then navigate to the folder of you choice and simply do a
drag-and-drop to make the transfer. Try it out! Let me know if it works
