[ubl-lcsc] Changes to meeting times

We now have meetings scheduled every Tuesday at 7 a.m. California
time (Pacific Daylight Time) on the following days:

   April 16, 23, 30
   May 7, 14, 21, 28
   (Skip June 4 -- we're at the X12 meeting in Minneapolis)
   June 11, 18, 25

All the numbers and passwords stay the same.
