[ubl-lcsc] Reused Types Analysis

I posted earlier a document from Monica Martin.  I went through her
work, and added comments of my own.  I then sent back to Monica and she
again commented.  I would love to get some other feedback.  I am
attaching the document, red comments are mine, black and yellow blocked
comments are Monica's.
