[ubl-lcsc] Updated Normalized Schema

Hello all,

there was a mistake within the schema UBL_LCSC.xsd. Some complexTypes of BBIEs referred to the cct:NameType. This does not exist. So I changed all cct:NameType into cc:TextType. The schema is valid now.
