[ubl-lcsc] Updated Invoice Schema

Hello all,

the schema of the business document "Invoice" was not valid. I changed the mistakes in the Excel spreadsheet and generated a new XML schema of it. 
I highlighted these changes within the spreadsheet, too.
It might be ok now.
