Yes, I only asked for the seven document-oriented schemas to have these
attributes in:
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl-lcsc/200301/msg00100.html
where I mentioned the "appropriate XSD files". I don't pretend to
understand the mechanics of how the other files are being utilized in your
design, so I cannot comment on those other XSD files.

I don't need "bie" in my documents, and I note in
UBL_Library_0p70_23-01-03.zip that I don't see "bie" in any of the XSD
files. They needn't have been removed on my account.

p.s. I've cc'ed LCSC to record the fact that the new schemas work fine with
my sample instances ... hopefully other people with sample instances will
