[ubl-lcsc] Updated UML diagrams

Dear all,

The attached zip contains upated UML class diagrams for the shortened element
names, as per Gunther's UBL_Library_0p70_24-01-03.zip

Lisa, no changes are necessary in the HTML, just unpack this to replace the
previous "uml" directory.

Everyone else, there is an index.html within the zip that provides a web index
for browsing the diagrams.
