[ubl-lcsc] Apologies for meeting on Jan 20th.

I am afraid that I have to make an urgent trip to a remote part of 
western australia (esperance - if you want to look it up) on monday.

I shall not be able to make the schedule weekly call and would like to 
ask Marion if he could chair.

PS I shall also be out of email communication for the next 2-3 days - 
sorry about the timing , but i am sure you will manage without me (just 
not too well though ;-) )
