[QA Team] Comment stats and summary

Hi,

I've placed the updated comment spreadsheet(s) on the LCSC  web site
in the Documents section.  There are now a couple of diagrams in one of
the comment fields (comment j.1), courtesy of Chee-Kai!  (If the .xls
version has the diagram misaligned a bit, just click on it and move it to
the right place - I didn't notice this until after I had posted the doc.)

Attached is a quick extraction I made of the QA status columns
that might make it easier to review the status/AIs in next week's call.

As of today we have a total of 117 comments:
20 Unassigned, 32 In progress, 65 Ready for F2F.

If there's anything incorrect in the spreadsheet please let me know.
