[ubl-lcsc] [QA Packaging]: File-naming for example instances

Following Chee-Kai's submission of schema names for 1.0-alpha, I propose the following naming convention for example instances:

UBL-Order-1.0-alpha-JoineryExample.xml
UBL-Invoice-1.0-alpha-JoineryExample.xml
etc

and 

UBL-Order-1.0-alpha-OfficeExample.xml
UBL-Invoice-1.0-alpha-OfficeExample.xml
etc
