Re: Position Paper on List Containers

Here is the first draft of the position paper.  i have tried to take the various inputs and build them into this but may have missed some points.  i had hoped to get one cycle in with the editting team before now, but i am willing to take feedback from anyone else as well.

Please send me any comments or edits before Sunday night (31st August) in your time zone.  I want to issue the discussion copy on Monday 1st September.
