UBL Schema 1.0 alpha draft-6

Here it is, the schemas.


Production notes:
- No referential errors detected by tool.

- No duplicated global element or global complexType detected by tool.

- CodeListCatalogue spreadsheet extended with 3 columns:
  Code List Qualifier, Code List Agency, and Code List Version
  The modified format for CodeListCatalogue spreadsheet will 
  be sent next.

  Corresponding CodeListCatalogue.xml file has also been
  updated to show 3 additional fields per <clc:CodeListItem>

  [Note: The Catalogue content itself is still undergoing further
  updates.  This note is documenting more on the structural 
  modifications]


- Code List schemas filenames now use the Code List Name
  as the middle segment, replacing earlier use of prefix 
  as discussed over Tuesday meeting.

- Code List *-Use-* schemas now copy the contents of 
  *-Stock-* or *-Standard-*, whichever is around (their presence
  is mutually exclusive), replacing earlier implementation
  in which *-Use-* schemas copied the contents of 
  *-Placebo-* or *-Standard-*.
