UBL Schema 1.0 alpha draft-7

Here it is.


Production Notes:

- No type referential errors observed
- No duplicated element or complexType definitions observed
- No excessive (> 255 character) definition text observed

- The CodeListCatalogue (CLC) content is still undergoing
  further updating works.  The structure, however, appears
  to be stabilizing in terms of taking into considerations
  fields required to implement the code list schemas,
  at least for now.

- Please see if there're any other further issues, problems,
  bugs, or fixes needed by sending to the list.
