Help: the definition of field of UBL Model Spreadsheet

We are examining the spreadsheet included in the following zip to translate 
UBL reusable objects to Relax NG.

	UBL-1[1].0-alpha-models-draft-11.zip

We want to know the exact definition of fields of spreadsheet. Please
teach us good documents.
