Code list Catalog

Ken,
is it possible to use the identifiers for a code list as used by the
CodeListAgency? I'm quite familiar with UN Rec's etc, but needed sometime to
find the lists. An easier to use identifier could avoid problems.
I. e. to replace ChannelCode by 3155, CargoTypeCode by 7085,
PaymentMeansTypeCode by 4279 (?????), AllowanceChargeReasonCode by 4465,
TransportModeCode by UN/ECE Rec. 19.

HSystem as a code list? It is a structuring system. how deep shall it be
used (nn, nnnn etc)?
