When I unpacked this entire package on my system, there were many
superfluous empty directories created from the ZIP file, apparently a copy
of some of the directory structure below UBLv1-beta\ created at the root
level. I'm using WinZip 8.0 and there are no files in the listing for
those directories, but the act of unpacking the entire package produces the
directories.
If there is going to be an "official" ZIP file of the entire directory
contents, this will have to be checked for by unloading into an empty
directory.
