Zip File

When I created the zip file last night I started out making it from one
level, then deleted all of those directories and created it from the level
above.  I had deleted everything, but I guess it did not.  So, I will
re-create the zip file without the extra empty directories.

I can not make any editorial changes to document, if I open and save on my
system, Bill has to go in and redo all of the relative links.  So, we will
wait until the call to talk to Bill and then we will have to wait until he
can be at his computer.  After he makes editorial changes, I can remake the
zip.

I have no idea why Anne saw numbers instead of Alpha characters in the
appendix...Mine is labeled correctly, so I am not sure what she is looking
at.  I will ask on the call.
