Hi All

TBG17 yesterday agreed a new draft of their submission procedures document
which now includes a new and very important CCTS clarification section
(4.6). Although this document is not completely finalised it can now be
considered an 'almost final draft' and so I am circulating it now for
information related to agenda item 4.
