Packaging question: Currency description

What does this mean?

   The Order overall allows only for specification of Currency
   (e.g. £, $, € etc by ISO currency code) for Pricing,
   for Invoice presentation, for Tax accounting. In the case of
   International freight/documentation charges, it may also be
   necessary to specify the Currency.
