[ubl-lsc] Reminder: AI due today

Hi,

Just a reminder that there's an AI due today, from last week's
LSC meeting, for Tim to let Richard Mader and Charlie Mead know
whether the package is on track enough for them to discuss at
meetings (NRF and HL7, I believe) this week.
