[ubl-msc] UBL logo decision

UBL Marketing SC,

I'm not getting any pushback on the latest version of the logo at

   http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl-msc/200203/msg00004.html

so I'd like to wrap this up.

If any member of the MSC has an objection to adopting this logo,
please register the objection via mail to the ubl-msc list by COB
2002.03.19.
