[ubl-msc] Revised UBL slides

UBL subcommittee chairs and members of the UBL Marketing and
Liaison Subcommittees,

I've incorporated review comments into the UBL slides I presented
at the AIAG a couple of weeks ago, put some more editorial work
into them, and bundled them into the generic version copied below.
