[ubl-msc] UBL brochure for XML 2002

Members of the UBL Marketing Subcommittee,

Here is the copy for the brochure that I am going to have printed
up tonight for distribution at XML 2002 tomorrow (9 December
2002).  It has changed considerably from the last draft due to
some great input from Kurt Conrad (thanks, Kurt!).  As before, the
file is in openoffice format; openoffice is available free from
openoffice.org.

I think we should consider this a work in progress and keep
fine-tuning it over the next few weeks.  After the holidays, I'd
like to see this printed up on better stock with perhaps a second
color and ship it around for distribution at web services
conferences and meetings of our industry liaison organizations.
