[ubl-ndrsc] Telecon arrangements for NDR SC meetings this year

We will meet by phone for two hours each week, starting this week.  We will 
meet on Wednesdays 8-10am PT / 11am-1pm ET / 4-6pm Eur.  Please use the 
following dial-in information:

With the AT&T teleconferencing system, you can press a special code (I 
think it's #0) to access various features, such as muting your line.  If 
your phone doesn't have mute capabilities and you have a noisy line, please 
use the AT&T muting.  Please don't put the conference on hold, because 
often that means the rest of us hear an annoying beeping or (gasp :-) Beach 
Boys music.

Even though our first commitment is a deliverable for the week of December 
10, I have scheduled this slot out through the end of the calendar year, as 
follows:

meeting schedule.
