RE: [ubl-ndrsc] Results of local elements

The Tibco folks were kind enough to send along a more recent, pre-release
version of Turbo, in which the problem recognizing "this" as a qualifying
prefix has been fixed, so both Turbo and Spy now appear to respond properly
on the test files posted by Kelly (without Dave's suggested modifications).

They also work with a global element of the same name added as in the
attached files.
