[ubl-ndrsc] UDEF input for our tag structure discussion

Folks-- It appears that Ron Schuldt, UDEF expert, is able to join our next
meeting, which will be timely because we'll be discussing tag
structure.  I've asked him to speak for 10 minutes at the beginning of the
hour.  (I'll send an agenda by tomorrow...)  In preparation for discussing
