[ubl-ndrsc] FYI, XSDL editor from IBM

FYI, the following description of IBM's new XML tools may be worth investigating.
This is all built on the new Eclipse IDE framework (open source at eclipse.org), which is looking very interesting!
Although IBM's XML tool plug-ins are not themselves open source.
