RE: [ubl-ndrsc] Code lists: discussion kickoff

In the spirit of Th' Web... does 
anyone know: are the important codelists published by their respective standards 
bodies as honest to goodness web "resources", i.e. a published URI will get me 
to an HTTP server that gives me the code list (as an XML document 
natch').

 

I saw that OASIS 
has a TC spinning up that looked like it was doing something like that.  
Anyone know the full scoop?
