[ubl-ndrsc] Barcelona meeting - where?

So I'm leaving tomorrow and I know what hotel I'm going to, but I have
no idea of where the meeting itself will take place, other than the
mysterious acronym WTC - whazzat? where is it located? what rooms do
we go to?

Any info greatly appreciated...
