[ubl-ndrsc] [Fwd: Mixed Content]

Dear all
in the tag structure paper we have a recommendation
that mixed content elements are leaf elements with a Representation term 
of Prose - Prose is not a current Rep term so we need to recommend this 
addition if we agree it is needed.  I think we were thinking of mixed 
contennt only for product catalogs right now.
