Preparatory to NDR discussions, i thought you might be 
interested in seeing how the next-version xCBL library will be organized. The 
issues of versioning are pretty well reflected in the structure of a URN, as 
explained in the attached.

A first cut at this 
namespace recommendation. It needs work and Mette has some suggestions as to how 
to make it a little more readable, which we will look at in the morning, but in 
case you wanted it before then I am sending it now. Hopefully a more polished 
version should be available sometime before lunch tomorrow,
