Title: [ubl-ndr] A Heads' Up from Barcelona just bear in mind that we have only proposed this model to CCTS and they may or may not accept it. whilst i see value in debating the issue - it may be presumptuous to assume that we have this new definition of Representation Term. maybe you have some insight from the Barcelona CCTS meeting that leads you to think this model is likely to be accepted.
