Hi folks-- I just realized that I have to be at my house mortgage 
closing next Wednesday during our meeting time (yes, there's a 
refinancing frenzy going on here in the U.S. :-).  Can Mavis or Mark 
take over?  I will send an agenda; you won't have to do that.
