[ubl-ndrsc] [QA Team] Review of XSD for Release

QA Team and NDR member:

We have received the XSD from Gunther.  The 
scheduled release is starting January 13th, so this schema needs to be reviewed 
by the NDR group before then.  That gives us only today and possibly this 
weekend, if Gunther is willing to stick and around and work on it.  What we 
are looking for is compliance with the NDR rules and quality.  It would be 
a shame to send these out without looking at them and then find out from the 
public there were errors.  So, please, take time to look through.  
Send me an email giving me a quick review when you are done.  Thank
