I thought we had discussed this at the November F2F and, although 
a decision wasn't reached, many still felt strongly that there really wasn't 
that much overhead involved and that the ability to identify all the ListItems 
(for example) by referencing a single 'ItemList' was well worth whatever 
overhead there was.

 

I believe we ended up, as we had previously, taking a wait and see 
attitude until we saw the final results of Tim's 
normalization.
