NDR QA Team

QA Team, which right now consists of Mike Grimley, Matt Gertner, Kurt
Conrad, Lisa Seaburg, Jack Gager

I would love to add a couple of more people to this group.

Our work right now is to go through the 0p70 schema (or the Perl script) to
double check that our autogeneration is following the NDR document.  There
have been some changes (like local vs. global) that we also have to check.
We need to clearly state to the Tool & Techniques SC what changes need to
happen.

We also have the job or proofreading the Common Core Components document,
that Gunther Stuhec has been completeing.  This document is crucial to the
next LCSC release 0p80.

I would like to schedule extra calls each week to use to handle this
businsess.  This is still under discussion.
