We discussed the Code List paper, Lisa is sending latest version out to the
list for next weeks discussions.  Also the eGov paper from Paul Spencer,
which has been submitted to us for consideration. (Lisa sent to list).

We did not have critical mass and so ended the call at 10:50am CDT.
