I am having a problem with one of the rules.

For my check of the NDR rules against the schema, I have actually gone down
through the list starting with rule number 1, and checked each rule against
schema.  I got this far, now I am stuck.  The rule reads:

[STD1] For every CCTS:CCT whose supplementary components are equivalent to
the properties of a built-in xsd:datatype, the CCT:SupplementaryComponents
MUST NOT be expressed as attributes, and the CCTS:CCT MUST be defined as a
named simpleType in the CCTS:CCT Schema Module.

[STD2] xsd:simpleType restriction MUST NOT be used for CCTS:CCTs.

Without Gunther around to help me, I wrote Garrett and he wrote back:
