URGENT:

We need to give the LCSC the CoreComponent.xsd, the RepresentationTerm.xsd
and the DataType.xsd files ASAP.  This is now agenda point one.

We already have OAGI versions of these files.  Gunther has agreed to produce
UBL versions of these files and send to both lists.

NDR needs to make decisions tomorrow.  Please be prepared to discuss this.
