NDR members,

If you tried to call in to today's meeting and got a response
saying that the chair had not joined, please call in again.

For future reference -- please always wait 15-20 seconds if you
get this message to see whether the system will let you in anyway.
Sometimes you will get this message if the host has logged off but
allowed the meeting to continue (as was the case today).
