Problem w/ the hypertext doc... All the links from the index.html are
absolute, file URL's e.g.
C:\Work\UBL\html-dir\UBL-AddressType-1.0-alpha-draft-12.html  Actually --
that isn't even a URL is it -- it's a Windows file path spec.

Would it be posssible to change those to relative paths so they're
navigable?
