1.  Here is a review of the UBL-CoreComponentTypes-1.0-alpha-draft-7.xsd
file.  This xsd does not import any other modules.  It has 16 declared
elements and complexTypes.  6 of which are not in the CCTS at this point.
And 1 simpleType.
